All parties that want access to use the images in their marketing materials need to license the images. Cost sharing is a win win in every situation, because as the number of licensing parties increases the total cost per party goes down. Most of my clients take advantage of cost sharing with other parties like the construction company, client, real estate developer, furniture manufacturer/dealer, or even the glass manufacturer because of the large savings.
