I didn't go to college right after high school. I was talking with a friend about how when we are away from academics for long enough we begin to thirst for knowledge. I was telling him about this feeling I had before I started at Brooks. How I was extremely eager to learn and soak up as much knowledge as the world threw at me. He told me that after he finished college about 15 years went by and he felt the same way and went back.
I want to announce that I do not feel this way anymore. I had no idea how much I would learn these last three years and it feels great to finish. I though about continuing on and getting my masters here at Brooks but I feel like I am filled to the brim right now. Maybe 15 years down the road I will thirst again and get a masters so I can teach at a college level.
The reason I tell you all of this nonsense is because as I shot this lecture hall at Westmont I was thinking about all the lectures I don't have to sit through next year. Whoooo!!!!
